Orthopedic Services

The Orthopedic Surgeons at Holy Family Hospital diagnose and treat both adult and pediatric patients with musculoskeletal disorders and provide comprehensive and highly skilled care for conditions of the bones, joints, muscles and nerves of the trunk and extremities. Special areas of emphasis include the spine, hand/finger surgery, joint replacements, trauma, tumors, sports injuries, knee injuries, motion disorders and congenital defects and abnormalities. Additional clinical interests of physicians include foot and ankle surgery, arthritis, arthroscopic surgery, elbow injuries, fracture care, rotator and cuff injuries.

Orthopedic Services combines the delivery of patient care with the development of specialty services across several clinical areas— from pre-hospital patient education and planning through rehabilitation and post-acute coordination. Services are offered in a variety of settings to meet individual patient needs. They include:

Orthopedic Surgeons Orthopedic surgeons are physicians who have completed four years of medical school and then received specialty training during a five-year orthopedic surgery residency program. These specialists diagnose and treat all conditions related to the musculoskeletal structure of the body, which includes the muscles and bones, as well as the spinal column.
